Welcome to Mimair ("Mimair," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services (collectively, the "Service"). Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

User Accounts

Registration: To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up-to-date.

Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify Mimair immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Usage Limits: The Service covers API call costs up to $1 USD per user. Once this limit is met, users will be charged for subsequent usage at standard rates, with an additional 20% service fee applied.

User Content

Content Ownership: You retain all rights to the documents, flashcards, summaries, explanations, and any other content ("User Content") you upload or generate using the Service.

Rights and Permissions: By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to do so.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or share any content that is illegal, infringes on any third-party rights, or is otherwise objectionable.

Use of the Service

Permitted Use: You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in any illegal activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Using the Service to transmit malware or other harmful code.
• Abusing the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

Intellectual Property Rights

Mimair's Content: All materials on the Service, excluding User Content, are owned by Mimair and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any Mimair content without our prior written consent.

License to Use: Mimair grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mimair AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
